  I first started working with Brandy and Amanda back in 2018 when they were with a different company. I was buying my first home and was so pleased by how well they explained the mortgage process. They held my hand and walked me through it so smoothly that I had nothing left to worry about. Everything went off without a hitch. Fast forward to 2022. I found myself in a position to refinance my home. Brandy and Amanda were now with Caliber. Based on the excellent service I received before, I came back. Amanda helped me look at the variety of options which were available to me and was clear about what I would need to bring when it was time to sign off on the loan. When I was finally ready, Amanda and Brandy were both out of the office. Who would help me?!?! The appropriately named Hope, that's who. I sat in her office and talked her ear off. She was so warm and lovely- it felt like we were just friends catching up. Then Alexis jumped on to help me through the rest of the process. Our email back and forths brought me so much joy. When signing day came, Amanda met me at the title company with a little gift basket in hand. It was such a sweet final touch. This was not an easy process. My situation was complicated and frustrating, for sure. But I knew these women had my back. The communication, support, guidance, and connections I made from this has made this the best experience. I recommend Caliber Home Loans without reservation.

  I used Caliber to buy my first home and worked with Amanda, she was absolutely amazing! This team is soo responsive. Usually getting answers to my questions within an hour or so. I had no idea what I was doing and Amanda explained everything and made it so easy. We even were able to close a week early! I have recommended Caliber to everyone! Truly made everything easy and smooth as possible, explaining all my options along the way. I am definitely a customer for life.
