      Payment center a joke! Took 2 payments out then when i called them on this was told they would refund 1 payment but would take 5 days, then nothing called and would be another 5 days, then they sent request to wrong office and i would get check mailed to me .... then called and said because they couldn't get pay returned in time they were applying it to July's payment..

      Customer service from the national office is extremely ineffective. They are always blaming the computer system. Information is usually oblique and confusing. I have spent a ridiculous amount of time managing my account than necessary. I would sooner spend the day at the DMV, or the week on a dentist chair. These people are incompetent and 1 star is too good for them.
