  My husband and I want give Kathy Farley a awesome review. She worked so hard on our loan to make our dreams come true. She was so efficient and professional at executing the loan. We found that Kathy is not only professional but knowledgeable in her profession. She is a kind person with a passion to make her clients happy. I would highly recommend Kathy to my family and friends. Plus we will be returning customers for life .

  EVERYTHING! Christina Martinez promised 24-48 hours we would have a response. From March 2022 to currently in May we have not received a response. She kept telling us to give her 24 hours and the weekend and the over and over it would continue. I even asked if she didn't want to help us just to let us know instead of ignoring us. she wouldn't answer any calls and was barely responding via text. Still to this day I haven't received a response. I would not recommend her service or company to anyone. Please find services elsewhere. She is not a trusted loan officer.

  As the first time home buyer this experience was terrible. Daniel aponte was my lending officer whatever you call them and he delayed and messed everything up multiple times he gave me used car salesman vibe but slimier. 100% I'd go somewhere else if I were you.
