      The lender, Terra was awful. In the beginning she was nice and led a Façade that she was going to be of service. Rapidly we learned that was not the case and she made the entire experience awful. Incredibly poor communication, our closing date was pushed 5-6 times due to lack of preparation and last minute changes, she avoided phone calls and wouldn’t return messages in the final days of closing, she tried to over charge or double charge me for several things on the loan and the list goes on. She is incompetent of her job and a terrible person to have by your side during the home buying process. If it wasn’t for me reaching out to Grace and Kerry, I don’t know how I would’ve gotten through the process.
