  We had an amazing experience working with Ed Posa Jr. He is very professional as well as personable. My Stress level was high as I did not know what to expect or even if I wanted to do a refinance. He assured me that it would be simple, and he would take care of everything. Even though our loan is now closed he continues to be an excellent support system, and is always availabe to answer any questions I may have. He took the time to explain various mortgage topics that we were not aware of. I give his information out to my insurance clinets too, as I know he will treat them with the kindness, and professionalism he has given me. The next time I do a loan I will use Mr. Posa again. If you want the best lending experience don't hesitate to contact Caliber Lending, and ask for Mr. Ed!!

  Tammie is great to work with through the entire mortgage experience. She was very quick to respond with any questions and also gave us many scenarios of possible solutions to help achieve our goals. I'd recommend Tammie to anyone needing a mortgage and she will always be our first call the next time we need a mortgage.

  Tammie and team were wonderful! They did a great job at breaking down what everything meant, were very communicative, taught us a lot about the home buying (and loaning) process. Always quick to respond. Everyone on the team was super positive and really a joy to work with. I felt like they are veterans in their field and made what seems like a scary process seamless. 10/10 recommend!
