      My experience with caliber was great until it came property tax time. I ended up paying my property tax when it should have been paid by caliber. Now, I'm out $1500.00. I would have been nice of caliber to send a reminder to not pay the property tax bill. Hopefully, i get it back in August.

      Had a great experience using Caliber Home Loans. we dealt with Tim and his co-worker. They were amazing. One of the best experiences my wife and I have ever had in getting a loan. They are so knowledgeable and no hidden cost went over everything with us. Answered all of our questions even answered ones we didn't think to ask, but they new what we needed in the process. I would and have recommended them to everyone that is in need of a loan.
