      If you're looking to buy a home, this is the best lender to go with. Gave me a great rate using VA loan. The paperwork is done entirely online with digital signatures (minus closing day, which is done face to face). All my questions via email were answered within 24 hours. Entire process took roughly 3 months with giving my offer for several houses in this very seller's market. My entire time of this house buying ordeal was with me being in Korea, so it was a less painful process with this lender. Finally, read through all the counseling paperwork they give you and follow their advice (don't make big purchases, have more cash on hand for closing just in case, etc). 5/5 would recommend.
