  What made this experience great was how there was no hold out on information. Everything was made clear. Explained in every possible way till you get what’s going on in the process. Always keep you in the loop all the way to the end of your journey. Also put you with the right relator some one that loves there job an is more than 100 percent committed to help you and looking out for your best interest. My wife and I always wanted to be home owner’s but hearing other people’s stories and bad experience made me afraid to go ask for myself. Instead I relied on what he or she said my biggest mistake.so this year we decided to make the call. Dan Mendoza from caliber home loans popped up on my google search so we dialed his number. Now am writing this as are journey has ended. We are officially home owner’s . Less complicated then we thought. Everybody’s situation is always different.but there’s always a solution for a problem.   Dan was our lender for our transaction as new home buyers! This was our first home purchase and Dan helped us get through our loan in a quick manner and was always able and available to answer any questions we had.
