      Caliber customer service over the phone is absolutely horrible and doing everything they can to avoid removing PMI from my loan. I reached out to the local branch in TC and left several calls and emails for Helen and others asking for help. I have been completely ignored. So don't be surprised when these folks kick you to the curb the second you sign on the dotted line.
