  I absolutely love California Bank and Trust. They provide excellent service and have that feel of older times when bank tellers knew who you were. Hardly ever a wait, and although I love far from this location I come here because it's right by my chiropractor at Innate Health and Healing so it's very convenient.

  Find a different bank. I banked with them for 3 years and ending today. At one point, one of my 3 accounts carried a low balance and their monthly fees pushed it a few dollars negative. They charged me $108 overdraft fee. They called me this morning to let me know I needed to transfer funds into an account I’d accidentally written a check from, so 15 minutes later, I executed a wire to them, the banker executing it called them to let them know the wire was sent. The banker at Key Bank said the teller, Rebecca, at cal bank and Trust sounded “horrible”. 5 minutes later, cal bank and trust sent an email and said they decided to reject the check anyway, regardless of the wire having already been sent and showing in my account to allow plenty of funds. That is what you can expect from them. Bank anywhere except here.
