  Please strongly consider using Dave and his team at RPM Mortgage for your loan needs. I tried to go with a large bank to secure financing and their lack of response and inattention to key details tanked a deal I was working on. I had no idea how important having a dedicated and extremely compentent was to securing my dream home. Dave and his team are extremely responsive, task oreinted that will drive you to close your loan on time. It is a tedious and difficult process but Dave made it as painless as possible. I will be using Dave again and I really encourage you to do the same.

  After doing my research and talking to different lenders, I immediately felt Dave is the one. We had a great homebuying team but Dave's the best part. His assistant, Donna was very efficient too. Even our realtor said our escrow process has been going really well thanks to Dave. The whole process was very smooth because he's on top of everything. He's very responsive and patient. As first time homebuyers who just moved to the US, we were nervous and had so many questions. He would always respond to my emails/calls even during weekends or after business hours. Which I think is very important for homebuyers who are busy with full-time work, kids, etc. We haven't even met him in person but I trust, feel confident in him and sincerely, would recommend him to others in a heartbeat.
