      I have an exceptional customer service with Elena P. . She provided me with all the information about opening an account. She was very knowledgeable on all my requests. Elena also introduced me to her Customer Service Manager Diane S. in order to make sure that I was taken care of. I would definitely consider bringing my business to this Bank.

      Worst Bank experience.. very rude. I was trying to cash my employer check and they questioned me on where I got the check from. I answered from my employer where else would I get a check from. They seem to profile people. I felt bad when they asked where the check was from and they would verify from my employer.

      I’ve been a customer for over 20 years but will be closing my account tomorrow. I received a notification that customer information was compromised and I should monitor my account. The next day I received a notification stating that their monthly fees were doubling. Later that week I received a letter in the mail (dated 1 week prior) that the fraud department was trying to contact me (although I never received a call) and that they froze my account. I’m so done with this bank. Not sure how they manage to keep any customers.
