  Other than the building being old and not really ADA friendly main entrance, I have been a long standing client of US BANK. over 10 years , I have US BANK CREDIT CARDS, I have had car loans, and Ive never had a negative experience. Actually just the opposite. The branch Managers of both the Redlands and Alta Loma branch have bent over backwards to assist me in any requests ive had.They also are extremely competitive on the rates for loans and offer there clients even better rates than walk in non account holders. I give them a 9,5 out of ten just because we all know no bodys perfect. I highly Recommend my local branch in Alta Loma ,corner of Archabald & Baseline . I believe the staff and the banks policys and rates are equally important . they excell in both of these ares.

  I’m getting really worried about this bank. I live very close to a branch that it’s close enough that I can walk. Probably a month ago I walked over to get coin wrappers. The security guy was outside but told me I couldn’t go in. Yes, it was during business hours. I never did find out what was happening that particular day. So today I called 5 branches one is disconnected 3 never picked up. Last one was at the Vons on Haven. He answered 1st ring, and I did also find out I can pick up coin wrappers from the branch. To me this is really bad and I need to rethink my financial situation. I also want to add that the manager at this branch (Base Line Rd. Archibald) is the rudest person I have spoken to in a very long time. I tried speaking to her and was interrupted and reminded that that branch is the busiest of all locations. I prefer the branch on (Milliken) and baseline.

  Kathy Sandoval horrible manager horrible service. Not coming to this branch any more. Someone take a look at this branch from corporate 0 stars. Does not represent US bank correctly.
