      I was standing in line waiting (forever) for the next window. phone rings. person hands it to the manager who is really loud and then hangs up. she then says loudly "how am I supposed to know your buried your wife. what you want me to do about it." that is cruel. beyond cruel. heartless. so in case you were wondering, yes they do talk about you when you hang up

      Never gave permission for money to be withdrawn from my account. Was told if I was late making a credit line payment, I would only be charged a late fee. Who gave permission to pull from my account when the business day wasn't over yet? On 10-15-2020
