      I went to California Check cashing on Winchester cash a large check. The lady who helped me Shirley what's the most professional hard-working honest individual I've ever met. It took 3 hours to get things straight with me to cash check I had. I noticed at least seven people in line up until closing at 3 not only did she handle all clients with kindness and as well as very polite answering the phone or answering any of the questions that people are asking not once did she ever lose her temper he was never rude always handling herself with professionalism the store is very lucky to have a lady like that working for that people like her are hard 2 come across props to you Shirley you're one hell of a lady

      This place wasted two and a half hours of my time just to refuse to cash the check. Even though the check was written in Santa Clara, by Progressive, it was a check from my insurance when my car got totaled out. They won't cash it because the bank wrote on it a few letters and they said that it looks like we've already cashed it even though they would have easily been able to verify that if they would have called. Totally incompetent and rude.

      I don’t get why people are hating on this place. I cash my checks here every week and while there is a small wait I rather wait a few minutes than a few days for the bank to check it clear. Everyone is nice to me from the moment I walk in. They are super helpful and the place is a bit hot but the store is facing the sun and it's not that bad.
