      I had an account with Stearns and overall I was not impressed. They messed up my escrow account during my loan which caused some headaches. And later, when I refinanced, the escrow check they owed me ($1600) bounced. When I called to get them to resend the check, they didn't. I have called and emailed several times. It has been 3 months and I still haven't gotten my money. If you can, go with someone else.

      Jimmy B. Nguyen is a horrible and unprofessional loan officer. He lied to me throughout the loan processing of my documents to purchase my property. He may come across as knowing what he's talking about but beware he's completely incompetent when it comes to knowing the ins an outs of handling loan documents. Completely inept.
