      I'm sorry to read all the negative reviews but all of the team at Downey has always been super helpful and supportive. I've been able to avoid predatory banks like BofA and Wells Fargo and have found a home at CCU! Thanks!

      First and foremost as a successful businessman banking with CCU was a good relationship. Till Mrs. Maldonado Manager decided to invent a story that no auto repair could be so successful. She mentioned her husband owns an auto repair in one of our conversations, wasnot profitable. Well to make long story short she fabricated a letter that the auditing dept from CCU never really came across.My company was given 30 days to move to another bank, as a business owner i didnt move forward with litigation due to scrupulous non bias remarks from your manager. As a recommendation Mrs. Maldonado is running an enterprise with no experience in determining Customers business relations, corporate should look into this matter before a litigation does happen.

      Spoke to the most useless mofo on the phone. CCU has always been helpful, usually going out of their way to help with any concerns. I asked if they exchanged foreign currencies and he said, unfortunately no. I asked if he had any idea where I could exchange foreign currency and he just said "no." You're supposed to help and guide your clients with these sort of matters, you useless POS.
