We received excellent customer service from Roxana today, assisting us in placing my 96 year old friend's account into her Trust. She was knowledgeable, professional and kind. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process. Also the branch manager Michelle was extremely competent, knowledgeable and provided us with directions to accomplish our task. Both Roxana and Michelle are an asset to the CA Credit Union.

I have never encountered this much incompetence in one place. The North Hills branch needs to provide serious training to its employees, starting with good manners and good member service. I have been banking with this credit union for 33 years. I will be closing my account. I gave one star because there is no way to give zero stars.

I have my account information stolen 3 times at this bank. The last time they debited my account for more than $400 + dollars. Adding insult to the injury. That I had already received from the person who stole my information. I would not bank here. No matter how good the service is, the account security sucks.
