      I will NEVER do my banking services at the Inglewood branch. Every time I get a cashiers check, certain tellers have to get a manager to override, and it's always a problem. It took teller 30min to issue me cashiers check. Whereas I go to the Pasadena branch, tellers never gets a, manager for override making me feel welcome, respected, at Inglewood branch I be feeling like a criminal, like I've stolen something, unwelcome. Not good customer service. I try to support neighborhood business, but it's a shame I have to go outside the neighborhood to be treated with respect. It's a shame I have to give bank a star, where there should be none given. I'll be going to the branch where I feel I'm respected and has good customer service.
