  The loan process is filled with obstacles and multiple parties and conflicting interests. Honesty is a rare quality to find in this industry. The team at Cal Financial was trustworthy at every turn. They helped me navigate my complex tax situation with being self employed with two business. They were able to come up with speedy solutions and laid out different options for me. Never confining my options to what would be best for them. I'm no expert, but I have dealt with several other lenders in the past and with help from Teri and Theary this was the smoothest process by far. I definitely saw they they went above and beyond to get my loan approved. Thank you so much for getting my family into our new home.

  Highly recommended! Theary and her team refinanced my home in under 2 weeks. I had been trying for 3 months with another company with no success. She was referred by the broker who had done my original loan. Her team is honest, straightforward, knowledgable, and fast. Made the process seamless and easy. Teri, CalFin's notary, met me at a convenient place and time to complete the paperwork. Great service and support through the process!
