  Brandon and his team were incredible to work with. I really appreciate the extra work and guidance he offered during a complicated home buying situation. They were so good I immediately used them to refinance another property. The interest rates could not be beat. I will be strongly recommending him to friends and family.

  I reached out to Mr. Robles to help me obtain a loan for a second investment property I wanted to accomplish. After Mr Robles run my credit and obtained the required information then he made available a loan application and estimate with a six-figure total origination fee, I shared my concern on this fee being high and I asked what needed to happen to decrease it, he said if I put more on my deposit then the entire amount will be brought down to zero, I got the additional money and even tho I brought up my request to proceed with the loan of my choice, I could never seem to have it adjusted, in fact one thing that was adjusted from first estimate was an increase in origination fees by several thousands which was concerning given the initial cost was low and from there it had a trend to increase more than 3 times the original one. I was doubting everything they would put in the loan so one day I asked Mr Robles if he could share what debt-to-income-ratio his company incorporated/calculated in my loan and his first response was "May I ask why?" and even though I replied right away telling him I just want to know how i am doing, he never responded or provided what I requested, it wasn't until i escalated it way after that he responded. Another time I received actual Loan Estimates from Mr Robles that listed charges with blank or no descriptions next to them as well as documenting required charges with blank amounts next to them. At this moment, few days before the loan was supposed to fund, I texted MrRobles with my concern on predatory lending practices and told him he must use the loan i had repeatedly told him was my only consented choice, and he texted back with "...I don't think I am the right loan officer for you and we should part ways." And even after my response was for him to consider HUD, breach of contract due to his responsibilities per Purchase Agreement, and liability exposure for his company. He did not respond. I reached out to the bank he assigned for my loan, they never responded. I reached out to this boss, he told me they did not want my business and that my loan was cancel, and i told his boss that under FairLending Act he did not have the authority to cancel my loan and that if I was getting my loan canceled then I needed to be notified in writing, it has been over 3 months and still have not gotten a letter from the lender. Needles to say, few days after the seller submitted a cancellation of the purchase and seller alleged failure on my side for not meeting the loan deadline, so I saw my entire plan crumbled to dust because of all of this. And to make things worse, one day after the seller had already submitted the cancelation, Mr Robles sends me an email asking for my financial statements alleging that he needed them for the loan, at this point my impression was that he was after something but most importantly (I thought) this was out of guidelines considering consumer privacy's idea. I will never understand why the failure on making me feel that disclosures lacked important required factors, and his ability to send a text saying he is parting ways right before having a change to fund the loan
