  My mom has been coming here for many many years and myself from this point on. There are worse tax return preparers out there that can fugde you over and also steal from inoccent families. Choose your tax return preparer carefully because you entrust them with your private information that needs to be protected. Martha and her employees always do a great jod.   Do NOT file your taxes here! My parents have been coming here for years before I came to file my taxes here and this is the first time I get my taxes done with Martha. I sent her an email February 14th 2022 with all my tax info as that is how they requested it. I never got a call or anything. Then I go on my day off and their helper tells me my taxes should be ready by Saturday or Sunday. No call Saturday and Sunday they’re closed after they told me they were open. Finally my taxes were filed February 21st. Martha told me two weeks. I kept checking IRS2Go and they did not have my info. I called and they said that they haven’t received my taxes. So I kept calling and the receptionist said Martha was busy to call back at a later time. I did and no answer. So I decided to text her directly today! March 15th 2022 and she said I was going to receive them by the end of next week! That’s after 21 days! I checked IRS2Go again and my info finally populated saying they received my taxes. If I would have never text her then she would have never submitted them! And I wouldn’t have gotten my refund. I am extremely disappointed and upset. My family and I will no longer be coming here to file our taxes. Liars
