      The overwhelming majority of FCU's participate in shared branch banking, but not this one. On top of that, the location is a window in the back of city hall. I guess the fact that it's so hard to find should be a tip off that this is a decidedly "member only" club. The person at the window was polite enough in telling me I couldn't get what I needed there, but it's obvious once you get in that the organization mainly deals with city employee paychecks.
