The location is great for Somerville and Cambridge locals alike and the environment is professional, the staff members are courteous as well. I recommend you visit their home site to see which products fit well with your livelihood.

      The have the worst customer service. One of the banker racial profile me. I felt very uncomfortable, they are racist.

      Frequently both ATM machine out of order. When they load money at ATM machine they should load one at a time. ATM room's door also frequently doesn't open at evening and night time. In one year- three times I had to use other Bank's ATM. End up paying close to $18fees.
