      I always get everything done in a timely manner. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Just opened a business account and had a great experience also. I recommend this location and this bank in general!

      Really poor customer service overall at this branch. Bedford was much, much better, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will make the effort to not use this branch, even though it's a more convenient location. The VP Senior Branch Manager was extremely rude at this Burlington branch location. Overall I don't want to go into banks anyway, especially when the experience is unfriendly and awkward like it has been here.

      Bad service!!! THE EMPLOYER FROM THAT BRANCH CLOSE THE DOOR on my face this last Friday and told me If I’m a customer from that bank I should use my card to open the door and use the atm because his already closing the bank,but it was only 4:55pm. I been going to that branch for years now and they always close the door and the bank exactly AT 5 pm. I’m very disappointed with the customer service that I had this past Friday and on Monday going to close my account for sure.
