  Today I was treated with excellence at the Bank of America of Burlington by Mr. James. w. harris. the service was the best possible. friendly and very efficient. thank you very much James for your patience, attention and dedication. James, thank you very much!

  This is the worst financial center in whole country!! I would recommend not to visit this center even by a mistake, please go to centers in other towns. I withdrew money from bank teller, they gave me less money (40% less). I was in a hurry and left without counting. When I realized, they were temporarily closed for weeks. I reported, they gave me lame excuses. That experience still haunts me, they took away my hard earned money. I tried to contact everyone there but never got any proof that showed I was given all amount.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I went to pay off my card and be done with this company all together, only for them to send me a bill for $3.00 a month later. Charging me for my automatic payment of $51 (which my account is at zero) and then refunded the money and CHARGED ME 3 dollars because then sent me back money they wrongfully took to pay off my closed and paid in full account. You are all a bunch of crooks and unorganized unethical beings!
