I had the privilege to work with Eric on my first home purchase. He worked extremely hard every step of the way, and was able to get me the lowest rate possible - nobody could beat it! Not just that, but he was super knowledgeable about his work and was beyond helpful with all my questions, long before I even committed to him. In an environment where I felt like I was lied to by lenders, real estate agents etc., he was the only one who made me feel like he defended my interests as well. He is very responsive at all times, and it was very easy to communicate with. At closing there were some roadblocks with the lender and lawyer, and he again stepped in and worked around the clock to have it resolved. Not to say, he was able to meet a short 3-week closing timeline - when most other lenders refused to even try. Overall, I couldn't recommend him more to anyone looking to buy a home. You won't get the same amount of attention by anyone else.
