      For personal banking i would give zero stars if I could. It has only made me over draft my account over and over again. It takes about two weeks for your transactions to show on your account and your actual balance of your account won't change untill two weeks. So you really have no idea how much money you actually have. It makes it extremely hard to manage your funds. This is an amazing place to get a loan or refinance but I would not suggest having a checking account here.

      bad experience trying to get a simple check deposited. They refused to deposit because of a name change after a divorce with a check made out to both of us. A copy of govt issued ID that matches the name wasn’t good enough for them. Then they told me we have to have a joint account to deposit it in which is insane. I had to go and come back and go and come back and wasted over an hour for a simple transaction.
