      I am very happy with CNB service and people. I forgot to do my second loan car payment and told them if they could waive the late fee and they did! Definitely I recommend CNB because they hear and understand their customers!

      It's great to still have a bank where you can call the local phone number, someone within the branch picks up and walks you through an online feature. Boom! I had already sent a secure message, and started a online chat thinking "that was the only way" - - - I was compelled to call, and just like that - old school - the issue was fixed. Thanks for taking pride in customer service, CNBank!
