      As a returning customer I have to say that despite having excellent service and vacations with CBVR in the past, my current experience is certainly leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Not only has there been terrible communication, processing my final payment ($2000) two weeks early than agreed upon, I arrive to find out that there is construction going on next door. Obviously it isn’t CBVR’s fault that this is going on, however it could have been communicated to me prior to my arrival, and accommodations should have been offered, or at least a reduction from the insane holiday rate I’m paying. Greatly disappointed that this isn’t the relaxing week away from my highly stressful job that I was hoping for.

      Hi Shaw, we're so sorry to hear about the construction; projects at the beach start when they can and we don't get notices for properties we don't manage. As you remember, we did correct the billing and make the exception to charge you later in the month for this rescheduled trip. We know how frustrating it is when vacations don't go as planned and hope you enjoy the rest of your stay at Wee Mist.
