      Went to get a simple probate document notarized and after waiting on 20 minutes of corporate runaround I walked out because the acoustics in that building are so terrible. Combined with the lighting, it made me feel physically ill. I feel sorry for the folks who work there.

      Won’t cash my federal tax return because I don’t have an account and will not open an account for me to deposit it and take it back. They want the money in their bank or no service for me. Terrible treatment of local customer! How is this even legal?
