  Total game changer ….We all know what a tough buyers' market we are in, having Leo as our lender was a major part of getting our offer accepted. We started this process about 3 months ago getting preapproved by a lender who was recommended to us by our real estate agent. All was good at first, but we could not get an offer accepted which seems to be the new norm, one of the big issues was trying to get an updated preapproval from the first lender in a short period of time, it was taking 1-2 days to get from the first lender, by that time it was too late. We were frustrated to say the least, so we started to look for another lender, my co-worker had suggested we call Leo and WOW what a difference. Not only did he get us our pre-approval letter updated quickly for our offers, but Leo also ran us through a full underwrite which we had never hear of - in short this means he took our documents and sent the file to his underwriter for a fully underwritten preapproval. This was a game changer!!!! When we made our offers, we were able to let the sellers know that we were already approved by an underwriter and pretty much only needed to find a house, get an appraisal and that we could close in a couple of weeks. We found a house, put in the offer, Leo asked to have the listing agent call him to explain that we were more than preapproved with the full underwriter approval and could close quickly. This sealed the deal.... 1 week after switching lenders we were in contract and closed 17 days later!!! To sum it up, Leo was incredible! he exceeded expectations going above and beyond while providing a great mortgage rate. Don't waste your time with anyone else, I would HIGHLY recommend Leo to anyone looking for any mortgage!

  Moving from out of state in this crazy sellers market is not an easy thing to do but Leo made the process so much easier and less scary! First of all Leo connected us with a great local real estate agent who did video tours for us of potential homes until we found the perfect home, this was so helpful. The application process was quick and easy online, we were pre-approved in less than 1 hour after we applied. Throughout the mortgage process we never felt out of the loop on the status of loan/home purchase. Leo was extremely quick to respond, no matter what time of the day, very knowledgeable, thorough and great to work with. We were very fortunate to work with Leo and his team throughout this entire process. We had a wonderful experience and would choose Leo again!

  Amazing! Leo Namiot was my loan officer for my first home purchase. As a home first time home buyer there was a lot I didn’t know about the home buying process but Leo took the time to explain everything to me until I understood it. The online process made it super easy from the preapproval right through to the closing. I really liked that I received updates along the way so I knew the status of my loan. Leo and his team had my loan paperwork done and cleared to close 2 weeks early, Amazing. I can’t say enough great things about Leo and his team. I was fortunate that my realtor suggested I call Leo.
