      I had a great agent in Courtney Smith with Keller Williams. It took a while to find a place in this crazy market but, Courtney hung in there with us and never gave up. He was wonderful to work with and helped a lot in getting a house that we love. His attention to detail helped us find our forever home.

      We worked with the Welch team to purchase our house and had a great experience with them, so it was an easy decision to work with them to sell our house too. Their team is very professional and did a great job planning, marketing, and coordinating the sale of the house. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and were very organized. Our only complaint was that during the contracting phase of the sale, it sometimes felt like they were acting as just a messenger between us and the buyer, instead of providing advice and advocating for our best interests.

      I have never used their service for buying, selling or renting property. I have moved from Jacksonville 12 years ago, but I still get calls from them about selling my property. I get phone calls, text messages, emails. Even after trying to get removed from their list. The amount of effort they put in to get me to sell property could have been used to run through Duval PA or St Johns PA to see if I even own any properties before contacting.
