      I have been with canvas for over 10yrs and am closing my account after finding out my Heloc loan was closed on me without any notice due to no activity on it for awhile. I was going to use it to pay off some credit card debt and when I logged on to my account it was not listed anymore so I called them and all I got was sorry its's been closed you can open a new one well not that easy as the manager I spoke with said it would be he admitted they dropped the ball by not notifying me but could not reinstate the one I had this was very upsetting not fair to me as a long customer I will not refer them to anyone All get another Heloc from somewhere else
