  First, I want to admit that my perception of the Mortgage industry going into this process was that most lenders are human garbage and loan sharks that are self serving and don’t really care about any of us. Wow was I wrong. I mean yes, most are terrible pushy sales sharks, but not the team at Cap City Mortgage. Like most people I like to do my research and compare rates and I ask a lot of questions, but no matter how much homework you do the process can still be overwhelming and confusing. Thank GOD for Kristyn Escobedo. I can’t say enough good things about her or how much she was able to put my mind at ease. She is extremely professional and yet so personable that it feels like you’re getting advice from an older sister who’s looking out for your best interest. That is so hard to find these days. Kristyn took the time to educate me on the whole process and answered all my questions with transparency as she worked to find me the best loan option at the lowest rate. I ended up finding a lender that offered a better rate and without hesitation she cross checked it for me to make sure everything was legit and in the end said “Hey, we can’t beat that rate so you should go with them instead.” As a consumer, that speaks volumes about her integrity and professionalism. Rather than make a quick profit, she chose to educate me and was a critical resource that I desperately needed and appreciated. I highly recommend Cap City Mortgage to anyone who values the lost art of honesty and transparency!

  We had a very smooth and quick refinance experience with Cap City Mortgage. They were able to save us a bunch of money by securing an amazing rate. They also made things very simple and patiently explained the process since it was our first time going through a re-fi. Highly recommend!
