      I’m so thankful for this branch I drive a little further to make sure to come to this location for the best service in Sacramento. Their branch manager Christopher Bendorf deserve the upmost praise I’m a single mother of two and was going through so hardship and Christopher went above of what is required of him to give me and my kids the best options of what I can do in this very difficult time. His product knowledge is incredible and I will never go to another branch because I know Christopher and his staff always makes me feel like he puts my family first! Thank you again for your kindness Christopher and understanding the hardship our community faces and thankful that people like you exist to help.

      Man every time I go to this bank branch there’s homeless people sleeping right in front of the bank. One guy never even has on shoes, they call him no shoes! At night they have the biggest rats in sacramento just sitting in front of the atm machine and running thru the parking lot it’s Horrible! I’m scared to go there at night!

      Simple love the fact that you can't just use there atm after hours you need to be a Chase member to get in the doors after hours when they close so you can still use the atm
