      The people at Capcom are what make them awesome. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and don't best you with the sales stick. The programs they have for kids from school age through college are excellent at teaching them how money works.

      When you charge a courtesy fee on a positive balance and then that causes the account to go negative so you charge another courtesy fee. Ok but then you only refund one courtesy fee? That’s called stealing. Bad business here that’s for sure.
