I just wanted to take a minute and speak to how great it was to work with CAPFI Lending for our recent home purchase. We primarily worked with Nick and Li Ling. Their professionalism, approach and responsiveness was top notch and beats any other experience we have had in this industry. I never fully understood the term “white glove” service until now. The entire process from introductory phone call for our pre-approval, information and document gathering, underwriting and close was managed perfectly. Nick and Li Ling could not have been more transparent, responsive or helpful. It was not us asking status questions or “how to”, It was Nick and Li Ling leading with explanation and details or ending the day with a status update. We were able to close on our home with CAPFI’s guidance in a little over 3 weeks. I will highly recommend CAPFI (Nick and Li Ling) to everyone that I care about. Thank you

If you need someone capable but more importantly that has your back and you can trust on, look no further than Clay Wilson at CapFi Lending. Not only they were able to get me a great rate, but throughout the whole process Clay took the time to learn what I needed, was always real and worked to get the best deal possible. It was a pleasure to work with someone who cares to do everything they can to help you get your home.
