      You wanna talk about one of the best lenders in the business!! Easy street capital is definitely in that category. My agent was Zach Edelman, and he went above and beyond on helping me with my Investment Refi. Extremely competitive rates, even as the FED raised rates during our closing lol. Great lender all around.

      Recently had 4 separate transactions (from 2 agents) that needed urgent help. The properties were 10 to 12 days from closing and their lender ghosted them. Zach was able to step up and close all 4 loans on time. He saved the 4 borrower what would of been approx $175K in lost EMD / DD.
