  When I first moved to this bank I was apprehensive about a lack of locations and their small business cap in relation to the bigger banks in the area. I have been so pleased with my experience with this branch and the bank overall that I would recommend this bank and this branch to anyone no matter what size of business or account. They helped me with my business accounts when I was working and now that I'm primarily retired they help me more. This is a perfect example of the old time small community bank but now they offer everything that any other bank does except they also offer stability. The staff is always the same , they know you and your life and become your friends as much as your personal bankers. That is something you need in a bank. I was with Barnett Bank before they became whatever they were before Bank of America and I never knew anyone in the branch because they kept changing. With every merger it seemed that service went downhill. That is not an issue here and I like it!! Thank you for almost 20 years of excellent service. I highly recommend them to anyone new to the area.

  I have attempted to do business with this company because my family and I were looking to build our forever home. Trying to get a construction loan was the worst experience I have ever had especially with this company and a specific Loan Officer named Barbara S. Went on vacation in the middle of running my information and never once got back to me about the loan process. I would never recommend this company nor that loan officer for the unprofessionalism I experienced with them.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE, Find anther company to do business with, for your sake.

  Just a word of caution to all the business owners— if I were you I’d think twice before using Capital City Bank. They decided to freeze my business + personal account this evening, leaving me stranded at dinner and without gas... they froze over $24,000 of my money over 1 small transaction they wanted to “review”. When I contacted them they said their review department closed at 6 and my accounts would be on hold until tomorrow. Also, my business account currently shows I’m $10 MILLION negative. This is extremely unprofessional and genuinely frightening.
