  I was extremely disappointed with this branch. My uncle is up North working. He needed some money deposited into his account before the weekend. Since, he was unable to find a location near him, he asked me. In all fairness it was last minute. According to the website and the posted hours on the drive-thru they should have been opened until 5pm Friday. They were not. This is a rather large, stand alone building. It has a large parking lot that requires a minute of circling. You get off the main road, on to an access road, around the building, and then into the parking lot. From here you can drive around the building to the service window. The parking lot had at least 5 vehicles in it. But, before got to the window and saw it was dark inside and no one was around. All the lanes had been turned off. Only the ATM was available for use. This did me no good. What really bothers me is that as I started to drive off I picked up my phone to check the time. That's why I was so disappointed. It was only 5:01pm

  I have been with this bank since it first became capital city. I was an account holder when it was known as first federal. The people who work there are friendly, honest & go out of their way to make you feel like you are a person not a customer. No masks on here. My family has accounts too here. My mom had an account before she passed. She liked the people here. A small bank that cares about its customers. Forget the big banks. You will like it here.
