      I get off work between 10pm - 12am and go to The new Truist to deposit my money as I am a bartender and they refuse to let me do a drop deposit like I always have at other banks so I unfortunately have to deposit through the ATM and I have never been to a bank where literally half the week the ATM won’t take deposits. It is a schetchy area where there has been a lot of crime lately and think it’s very unprofessional that I have to get out of my car alone at that hour to deposit money in the ATM in front of the bank . I also bank at Capital City and never once have I had a problem with their ATM . I don’t understand why this keeps happening every single week numerous times a week
