Poor client service. People are nice, but cannot provide what I need. Paycheck Protection through CCB is pathetic and unavailable. App is temperamental. Questions go unanswered. Save yourself the trouble and AVOID AT ALL COST. *Review is based on all Capital City locations,not just this office.
