      Having your lobby closed is a big inconvenience and super annoying. You choose a line. Get stuck there for 30 mins. Because someone needs to do a long transaction in drive thru when it is a transaction that should be done inside the lobby. While all the other lines are moving fast. Drive thru's are meant to be used for quick transactions. For people who are in a hurry. I am tempted to cancel my account and choose a different credit union that will hopefully have their lobby open. Perfect Credit Union if you want to waste your time.

      Hi Casey, we apologize for the wait you experienced. Our lobbies are currently open on weekdays, but still drive up only on Saturdays.

      Don't have a branch manager on-site and tellers don't have authorization to do anything above normal day to day banking needs. I prefer to go to the Eisenhower Branch 5 stars for the Eisenhower Branch
