  I've been with Capital Credit Union for almost 10 years (my parents have been with them for as long as I can remember) and I've never had a problem with them. There are a few things I wish were different like the amount of times you can transfer money online between your accounts and it's kind of a bummer that they don't support using Google pay. But those are little things to me, that definitely are just a preference thing more than anything else. This branch specifically has always been very nice to me and I've never had any issues with the staff.

  I've been a member of Capital Credit Union since 2018. As I type this, I've been trying to get a hold of someone in order to apply for a used car loan for the past two weeks, with absolutely no joy. A week ago, I went into my local Capital branch to speak to someone in person, and the barely-out-of-college branch manager couldn't give me ten minutes of her time to answer a question, because she was going to lunch. I can't use their online scheduler for two reasons: 1) There are absolutely no appointments available at the closest location to me and 2) The latest appointment they offer at any branch is 3:30 p.m. I can't make a 3:30 appointment, because I have one of those jobs I have to - you know - BE AT! This afternoon (6/3/2022), I called on the phone to schedule a meeting, and I was sent straight to voicemail. Tonight, I tried applying for a car loan online, but none of the numbers I've entered as my Capital member number seem to work. One has to input their SSN and their birthdate when applying online, but y'all can't look up my account without a member number?! This is customer service at its finest. NOT! Do the right thing and get it together, Capital Credit Union! Sheesh!

  Nice branch but everytime I come here seems to take forever.. messed up my credit card transaction two weeks in a row. Overall nice place to do you’re banking at though!
