  This company seems very racist upon coming into Their establishment at first I thought maybe everyone had a bad day but I have been there several times and each experience has been horrible When it comes to their customer service

  Dear Gennell Natasha, I am usually thankful for reviews and client feedback, no matter the rating, but your review strikes a different accord. I take great exception to your review and its assertion. Capital Eurocars is not racist, and I reject the claim that it is. What makes this even more difficult is that there is no record of you ever being in our store, not for sales or service, at any location. I personally checked our systems and found no record of Gennell Natasha. My team and I live and work in Tallahassee, so we clearly understand its diversity. In fact, we are constantly active within diverse groups in Tallahassee, and our staff is even more diverse than the community itself, especially our sales and sales management teams. All people are welcome at Capital Eurocars, to be a consumer or to work here. Usually, a visit to our store shows this right away as our client base is highly diverse. Along with being diverse, Tallahassee residents are very well educated, have excellent jobs, and enjoy luxury and high-performance vehicles. So, our showrooms and service departments are filled with all different races and so is our staff.
