      Have had nothing but bad experiences with this credit union. Kept contacting me about activity they thought was fraudulent but wasn’t. Atm machines dont even work right half of the time. Which is extremely frustrating. Went to use my card at the Presto! Atms at Publix and it retained my card. Would never recommend this train wreck of a credit union to anyone!

      This credit union is terrible. Ive had the worst experience dealing with them. Their machines never work properly, the app never works properly, and the customer service reps are passive aggressive with false positivity. My account was overdrafted and I was double charged for no reason when I had money in my account to cover the charge that they are saying overdrafted my account. My account is being closed now and reported to the credit bureau which is going to affect my credit now. This credit union is predatory. If anyone else has had problems with this credit union please reach out to me as well as report it to the local bar. Lets make sure they know not to prey on people in our community.
