Red Flag!!! Any lender that charges junk evaluation fee is mostly a crook and you will never see your money ever again, and most likely will not get a loan. It’s a scam that many fake lenders run. I see that they screwed few people already in the same way Based on online reviews. You could be next! They wanted to charge $2250 for credit reports and background checks and some attorney evaluation fee for $300k deal. What is there to evaluate? Lol. When I proposed to put it in escrow they refused, meaning they are planing to screw you from the get go. I’ve been in real estate business for over 25 years and every lender who charged such fees upfront screwed me, so stay away from this crooks if you don’t want to loose your money. Find someone more reputable. Good luck!

completed an application on 05/05 with a valuation done on 05/11 no updates until 06/13 over 30 days later when I asked to be escalated to a manager to tell me on 06/14 my loan was declined due to my personal score which they pulled my credit on 05/10 so they knew on 05/10 the investor would not do the loan. disappointed and hoodwinked!!!
