      These people scammed me. 2 years ago we signed up with biller genie to try it for a month. We didn’t like it and never used it. Somehow SkyBank got a hold of my banking info from biller genie and began charging my bank account $34.95 every month.I just discovered this and tried to get the money back. That’s $34.95 for 18 months! That’s $630 they took from me! I finally got in touch with SkyBank and they told me they would give me back 3 months which is about $120 and that it would take them 3 1/2 weeks to process it! Yea sure I will see this money! Scam! Avoid this company!

      After 10+ years of doing business with Skybank, I called Mr. David Feinberg because I wanted to open one more account. He told me he left the company in bad terms, he also said nobody wanted to deal with me at the company because I was such an a..h.. I don't want to deal with a company whose employees think that bad about their customers. I got frustrated with the company over chargebacks I was not informed about and was not properly supported by; Also about a defective POS and software not properly updated that took several days to get fixed which at the end, costed me lots of money. But felt disrespected, that was just the icing on the cake
