Look no further!! Aaron Nawrocki at Capital M Lending is your guy!! My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience purchasing our first home. Aaron and his team were an absolute God send. They were highly recommended to us by a friend and we immediately felt that we were in the right hands. Due to Covid, we had to to take a long pause in our home search due to both of our jobs temporarily shutting down. Although it was a struggle to get back on our quest to purchase our first home, we were able to weather the storm and find something perfect. I had some calls with other lenders, but the first time I talked to Aaron, I was on board. Aaron explained things in ways I could understand, provided visuals for what he was talking about, promptly answered emails/texts/phone calls, and talked me away from the ledge on more than one occasion. Working with Aaron and his team felt like dealing with friends. Our house buying process was a long one, and I'm pretty certain it would have felt longer working with anyone else. Aaron is empathetic, patient, authentic, funny, and just a damn fine human to have in your corner.
